SAFETY, RESPONSIBILITY & EVENT DISCLAIMER

General Safety

RCR BIOSCOPES is committed to conducting the Song On Strings event in a safe, disciplined and professionally managed environment. All participants, artists, audience members, guests, sponsors, vendors, staff, volunteers and service providers are expected to follow venue rules, safety instructions and directions issued by authorized event personnel.

Entry & Admission

Entry to the event shall be subject to valid registration, ticket, invitation, accreditation or other authorization prescribed by RCR BIOSCOPES.

RCR BIOSCOPES and/or the venue management reserve the right to regulate or refuse entry where reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity management, violation of event rules or applicable law.

Personal Belongings

Visitors and participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings, including mobile phones, wallets, musical instruments, equipment, bags and other valuables.

RCR BIOSCOPES shall not be responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.

Musical Instruments & Equipment

Artists are responsible for the safe handling of their personal guitars, instruments, accessories and equipment.

Participants shall follow the instructions of the technical, sound and stage-management teams while connecting instruments or using microphones, amplifiers, electrical equipment, stage equipment or other production facilities.

Unauthorized connection, modification or operation of technical equipment is prohibited.

Stage Safety

Only authorized artists, crew members, technicians and approved personnel may enter restricted stage, backstage and technical areas.

Running, unsafe movements, unauthorized climbing, tampering with electrical installations, lighting systems, LED structures, speakers, cables or stage equipment is strictly prohibited.

Children & Minors

Children and minors participating in or attending the event shall be subject to applicable event policies and legal requirements.

Where required, participation by a minor must have appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Parents/guardians remain responsible for the supervision and welfare of children accompanying them, subject to the responsibilities imposed on the organizer and venue under applicable law.

Health & Medical Assistance

Persons with known medical conditions, allergies or special accessibility requirements are encouraged to make appropriate personal arrangements and inform the event team where assistance is reasonably required.

First-aid/emergency arrangements will be maintained as applicable to the event and venue.

In a medical emergency, authorized personnel may contact emergency services or facilitate appropriate assistance.

Fire & Emergency Safety

All attendees must comply with fire-safety instructions, emergency announcements, evacuation procedures and directions issued by venue security, event management, police, fire personnel or other competent authorities.

Emergency exits, fire extinguishers, access corridors and evacuation routes must never be obstructed.

Food & Beverage

Food and beverages provided or sold at the venue may be supplied by authorized caterers/vendors.

Persons with food allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions should verify ingredients directly with the relevant food-service provider before consumption.

Prohibited & Unsafe Items

Weapons, explosives, fireworks, hazardous substances, illegal drugs and any other prohibited or dangerous items shall not be permitted inside the event premises.

Security personnel may conduct lawful security checks in accordance with venue policy and applicable law.

Alcohol, Smoking & Prohibited Substances

Smoking, alcohol consumption and other regulated activities shall be governed by applicable law and venue policy.

Illegal drugs and prohibited substances are strictly prohibited.

Photography, Video & Event Recording

Song On Strings is a public entertainment event where photography, videography and audio-visual recording may take place.

Event photographs and recordings may be used by RCR BIOSCOPES for event documentation, publicity, promotional, archival, social-media and related legitimate purposes, subject to applicable consent and privacy requirements.

Specific consent requirements applicable to participating artists and minors shall be addressed separately wherever necessary.

Artist Music & Intellectual Property

Artists are responsible for ensuring that they possess the necessary rights, licences, permissions or authorizations for music, compositions, backing tracks, recordings or other material they bring to or perform at the event.

Participation in Song On Strings does not transfer ownership of an artist's original composition to RCR BIOSCOPES unless separately agreed in writing.

Audience Conduct

Harassment, violence, abusive behaviour, discrimination, deliberate disruption, damage to property or conduct that endangers another person will not be tolerated.

Event management may take reasonable action, including removal from the venue, where necessary to protect attendees, artists, staff or property.

Security

Security measures may include access control, bag checks, restricted areas, CCTV or other lawful venue-security arrangements.

All visitors are required to cooperate with authorized security personnel.

Schedule Changes

Performance timings, artist sequence, sessions, facilities and other programme elements may be modified when reasonably necessary because of technical, operational, safety, regulatory or circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control.

Any material changes will be communicated through appropriate official channels wherever practicable.

Emergency, Cancellation & Force Majeure

The event may be postponed, relocated, interrupted, modified or cancelled where reasonably necessary because of severe weather, government orders, public-safety concerns, natural disasters, technical emergencies, venue-related circumstances, civil disturbances or other events beyond reasonable control.

Ticket/refund consequences, where applicable, shall be governed by the published booking and refund policy and applicable law.

No Unattended Property

Visitors must not leave bags, musical instruments or other property unattended.

Suspicious or unattended items should immediately be reported to event security or management.

Compliance With Law

The event, its participants, vendors and associated activities shall remain subject to applicable Central Government, Karnataka State Government, local authority, police, fire, venue, licensing and other statutory requirements.

Nothing contained in this disclaimer is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Emergency Cooperation

In the event of an emergency, attendees must remain orderly and follow instructions from RCR BIOSCOPES event officials, venue management, security personnel, police, fire services, medical personnel and other competent authorities.

By entering or participating in the event, attendees acknowledge the applicable event rules, venue rules and published terms and agree to comply with lawful safety and security instructions.
